The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a calm area, close enough to water taxi, a pleasant and quiet square and Vaporetto stops to the northern islands. The room was fairly quiet and luxurious with a spa bath, stayed here for 1 night. Satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe were useful.

The superior queen room we stayed in was fairly quiet and luxurious where smaller than suggested in photos. The room had air conditioner, a personal safe, and a mini-bar plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was marvellous for Venice, short walk to the city centre, the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square and Venice for two nights.
